Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service.
Your main responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and assisting with any guest inquiries or requests.
If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with special requests or accommodations - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Skills:
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar hospitality setting is preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an asset Please note that this position may require working evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
