Rehab Nursing Director
The Nurse Manager is the designated leader for a specific nursing unit.
He/She is responsible for the patient population and assigned staff.
The Nurse Manager plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the unit activities.
He/She provides direction, support and guidance to the assistant nurse managers and aids in their development both clinically and managerially.
Twenty-four hour accountability EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BS or masterEUR(TM)s degree in nursing preferred
Experience:
- Minimum five years clinical experience in area of specialty or related clinical field - Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, experience in quality improvement, self directed, excellent time management and - Problem solving skills.
LICENSURES:
RN licensure in the State of Arkansas or Compact Licensure Agreement , Current BLS or within first week of orientation Qualification/Certification:
RN licensure in the State of Arkansas or Compact Licensure Agreement, Current BLS or within first week of orientation Min.
Experience :
3-5 yr.
