Maintenance Manager
Responsible for:
oDevelopment and management of all maintenance activities, with Safety of associates and contractors being the highest priority
oLeading preventive & predictive maintenance/process reliability
oManaging improvement of key performance indicators, continuous improvement of maintenance functions, and for department budget cost effectiveness
oDevelopment and training of associates including coaching, mentoring and performance management
oSupporting, maintaining, and improving processes associated with the computerized maintenance management system for process reliability
oProvide leadership for the ongoing development of the organization, as well as the strategic development of individual talent for succession planning
oManage budgets including capital planning, contributing to controllable margin and optimizing financial levers
oMaintain long-term big picture view to forecast obstacles and opportunities training and developing skills to enhance team performance
oEncourage innovation among associates within the department
oLeads the team by proactively resolving employee issues, builds team work, and ensures adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner
Qualifications
oBachelor's degree from an accredited four year institution.
oFive years experience as a maintenance leader in a manufacturing facility
oEvident business leadership skills and with the ability to clearly communicate vision and strategy to various audiences
oPrevious experience with project management, to include capital projects
oWorking knowledge of electrical, mechanical and basic PLC programming/troubleshooting
oWillingness to work weekends and holidays when operating conditions require
oExperience with LEAN processes

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
